What are you currently working on?

I’m just putting the bow on my new book from Wiley Publishing called Mobilized Marketing: Driving Sales, Engagement and Loyalty Through Mobile Devices. Through insights from bold industry visionaries and fellow mobile pioneers, Mobilized Marketing takes readers through campaigns worth repeating and others that are not. Readers will learn the many roads that marketers can take and the proven strategies and tactics that move products and build loyalty through the consumer's most personal device. What will be the biggest opportunity in 2012?

Mobile loyalty clubs that push engagement, sales and trial. Hipcricket’s survey tells us that one third of mobile subscribers are open to opting in, but more than 70 percent have yet to be approached by a brand that they trust.
